It's December!

We don't know about you but we all can't believe that it is Mid-December already! So much happens during the final month of the year at Shanta HQ as we prepare for a short break away from our desks. The lettings team are busy working away to keep everything running smoothly through the cold months and our sales team are busy prepping listings for the January go ahead.

Of course, all work and no play just wouldn't be fun so of course we have had a great time decorating the office to get into the festive spirit. Some of us woke up on November 1st ready to get the decorations up but a quick office vote has kept that at bay until now! We were lucky enough to have the amazing Amy in to capture some great festive moments with the team (have a look at our latest reel).

Recent Properties

We are still busy listing properties for both letting and sales and have had the joy of working on some really great properties in the last few weeks.

The sales team have been out and about showing some fantastic buy to let opportunities and meeting clients who are looking to sell in January (great things coming soon!)

The lettings gang have been so busy with this Arctic freeze causing havoc on all things heating and hot water across Glasgow. As usual we are always just a message away for help with any maintenance issues and are always happy to assist.

East Renfrewshire Food Larder

We had an amazing response to the campaigning the larder team done at Sainsbury's Muirend last week. It was all hands on deck to get flyers out and the store filled up very quick so thank you to everyone who helped out and donated.

We also received a very generous donation of toys and gifts for the families who are struggling this festive period from Swanson Sports. This will make an incredible difference to a lot of people this year so thank you very much.
