Running Through April

Another month of 2023 in the bag and what a month it has been!

Our sales team handed over 10 sets of keys to new owners this month and what better way to get a fresh start in Spring than to move into your new home? Nothing gives us more joy than seeing happy faces on completion day from both our sellers and our buyers.

The lettings team have had an extremely busy month with 6 brand new to market listings and 10 move ins. We have been getting lots of our properties booked in for regular maintenance and checks. It has been lovely getting to see a lot of our wonderful tenants in person.

Mark's Marathon

Running a business isn't the only type of running Mark loves. We are all super proud of him running his first marathon in Manchester this month with a fantastic time of 3:07:37. Gayle, Sophie and Blair all travelled down to watch him cross the finish line while we kept up to date from home. Well done Mark from all the team!

Meet Melissa

We are delighted to introduce our newest member of Shanta Residential, Melissa, who has joined the Lettings team as a Lettings Assistant. We are sure lots of you will get to know her over the next few months as she is out and about at properties conducting viewings, inspections, inventories and check-outs.
