What a mixed month June was with that weather! We regret complaining about the heat already!

Very busy few weeks here at Shanta HQ! Our Sales team has listed 14 fabulous properties on the market and we have handed over 8 sets of keys to new owners. One of the favourite things about our job is getting to see excited faces coming in to finally collect the key to their new home!

The lettings team have had 9 check ins this month and some super fast turn arounds on tenant change overs. The lettings market is still as fast paced as ever and its a great feeling getting people matched up with the right properties.
