Shanta Letting Spring 2017 Newsletter

New Website

At the start of March we launched our new website. We thank Primitive Online for the Design and website build. The content of the website is designed to be user friendly to all.

– For our tenants we have introduced a “Report a Repair” page so there is a straightforward form to fill in all details of the repair issue they are facing. We also have listed our “Out of Hours Maintenance” details so that our tenants know who to contact around the clock in case of an emergency such as gas leak or loss of power.
– For our landlords we have listed a “Meet the Team” page giving a description of each of our team members so they get a clearer idea of the roles and responsibilities within Shanta Letting. We are also proud to list all of our transparent fees in “Our Fees” section of the website so our landlords know exactly what they are being charged and what the cost is for.

Check the out using the link below, we would love to hear any feedback you may have.
